I wrote 1,384 new words yesterday, but they were all legal in nature. With a trial starting Friday, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to be compliant with my goals at all this week, but we'll see.

I did manage to read about 40 pages while grabbing lunch, but that's obviously well under my usual level, too. Too many motions! Too many precedents! Too much evidence! The law is a harsh mistress.
