I did my usual Sunday thing and wrot 2,244 words, making up for days and days of not writing. I'm not best pleased at that method of meeting my daily goal -- in fact, it doesn't count at all! But I least I did some good writing yesterday.

I also started reading Cassandra Clare's City of Bones, the first book in the Mortal Instruments series. Before I knew it, I was more than 100 pages in. I'm really enjoying this young adult fantasy, and look forward to the many pages yet to come in the series.
