In a frenzy of writing, I got 4,330 words on paper today. It was like taking mental dictation. I've been writing this screenplay in my head for weeks now, maybe even a couple of months, and it just poured out in one flood. Whew! I'm exhausted!

I also read a great story by Jay Lake and Michael Jasper called "Devil on the Wind." It's in the latest issue of Black Gate Magazine, which I'll be reviewing for Magazine Monday next week -- assuming I can get the issue read, given all the work I have to get done. My vacation, and the reading I intend to do while vacating, can't come soon enough for my taste.
