My review of Johanna Sinisalo's Birdbrain was posted at Fantasy Literature on July 12, 2011. Much as I long to read more SF/F/H translated from other languages, this book -- translated from Finnish -- was a disappointment. Other reviewers adored it, though, so perhaps my taste is off.
